Each structure pairs a heavy-timber lattice roof, finished in a warm rust stain that echoes the plaza's Corten steel sculpture, with Austin Chop stone column bases and steel posts built to withstand daily public use. Positioned at the corners of the herringbone paver promenade, the pergolas frame the lawn and fountain at the heart of the plaza, giving tenants, employees, and shoppers shaded places to sit and gather. Built to commercial engineering and permitting standards and coordinated with the developer's paving and landscaping crews to keep the site on schedule.
